Reception staff are great I never had a problem with phoning them they always give an appointment and always ring me back if one opens up later in the day. The doctors actually listen to you and not fob you off I feel like I have a voice at this surgery so personally Iv had a great experience.

Think someone needs to sort out their mathematics a prescription was raised for tablets 5 to be taken daily for 7 days adds upto 28 ?
Queried and pharmacy advised needed to contact Drs called in person with details in writing of shortage another prescription was raised later in the day for 5 tablets !!!
Surely 5 x 7 is 35 not 33 !!!!
Given it up as a bad job what a shambles.
Such a shame used to be a brilliant surgery

Usually perfect service rang today my birthday and mum's& sisters aĺl on 29 Nov mum passed last Sept I had forgotton to order medication necessary for my son as he's not able asked if they could do meds 1 lot as a bad week for us " we will ring back" they left a txt at just closing saying needs a review tomorrow. He can't get there alone and I'm bedridden and grieving very tactful NOT ! No tablets = hospital thanks

Still waiting for a phone call from a doctor regarding COPD medication clashing with blood clot medication.They don’t seem to care anymore will have to go to A and E again this is so stressful

Absolutely so impressed, sent a patches request last night and received a telephone consultation by Dr this morning. Prescription was issued and delivered within the same day . Friendly helpful staff every time I've contacted them . Much appreciated.

I have no issue with receptionists or nurses. Having said that Dr Mahmood is the worst doctor I have ever had to deal with. His patient care is none existent if he chooses to be there and unfortunately the medical secretaries are totally unable to get him to provide me with the letter I need. Under Dr's Fox and Stringer this was a good GP practice now Dr Mahmood just doesn't seem to care at all .
