I went to see Helen regarding semi permanent makeup removal on my eyebrows. The process was explained clearly, possible outcomes of undertone and management if these tones show more prominent. I was confident to go ahead with the treatment and I’m so glad I did. Helen is professional, kind and wonderful at what she does. After the first treatment and only hours later , I can honestly say I’m thrilled with the results. I didn’t find it painful at all. I was a little red immediately after to which you would expect, however within the first hour that had subsided. They feel calm, no irritation at all. I’m excited to see how they look after 8 weeks to which if I need one further session, I will happily go through the treatment again. Thank you so much Helen, I’m so thrilled with the results. You’re a true delight amongst the beauty industry and I will be recommending you to others.

I started seeing Helen back in October in regards to a raised broken vein like area on my face that was not going away on its own and it was really knocking my confidence. After only two sessions with Helen, the area has dramatically reduced and I have gained back my confidence. I cannot thank her enough. Helen is so friendly and approachable. She made me feel comfortable and welcome as soon as I met her and I was so pleased that I found her to go to. A lovely thing about her also is that she doesn’t make you feel forced into anything which made me like her even more. After doing a lot of research on tattoo removal and having a bad consultation elsewhere, I came to see Helen in 2019 and haven't regretted my decision to go with her clinic. I'm having 2 tattoos removed and the results are amazing. Helen is very educated in the use of the laser which is making my experience so much easier. She listens to any concerns and adjusts anything she can to make it better for me. I've now just had a test patch on my microblading and will be started the removal of this very soon. If you are unhappy with any tattoos contact Helen. You won't regret it.

Helen was lovely. My red spot/veins just too deep to remove but cheeks sorted. So what I appreciated was her honesty that they wouldn’t go rather than keep trying so that’s why she gets a five as it’s a rare find to meet someone who has that integrity.
