Been coming here since I was a kid, but most recently had Dr Aleem for a mental health concern, and Dr Shad for a physical injury.
Both were kind, thorough, and made sure I understood what would happen next.

New patient here and they couldn't have been more helpful. After the pharmacy not having my medication, the lovely receptionists booked me in for my injection asap and managed to find my prescription at a different pharmacy early the next day. Really relieved

Russian Roulette Style Phone system every man for themselves no matter how ill you are and how long you have not been seen..you cannot get an appointment..its painful and dangerous to operate this system...
Duty doctors that debate whether infections exist instead of just test you.

Dr freeman dismissive of patients symptons cannot listen, even seems to ignore NHS guidelines
Hit and miss with doctors some are excetpional some are really not..

The nurse on site has been nothing short of brilliant. I have seen different doctors on site and all have been helpfull.

Very unsatisfactory service offered by Dr Freeman. Right from the outset he was dismissive, arrogant and snide, belittling private GP's and any information that may be found via the Internet (I wonder if he includes the NHS websites in his dismissive approach?).

The dreadful service I received from Dr Freeman could not be in more sharper contrast than the level of service I have received previously from Dr Aleem, who I would rate as exceptional. The 2 sit at the opposite ends of the GP spectrum based on my experience, Dr Aleem first class, Dr Freeman, not recommended at all.

I will not see Dr Freeman again.

I would also state that I know of other people who have also experienced very poor service from Dr Freeman.

Right from the beginning of my family's first contact over the phone, I felt I had to make a note of the names of those who I spoke to as they were so lovely, helpful, patient and kind; our first contact was Jilly then Paulet, kerry and then Becky the nurse practioner, who I might also say allayed any concerns and apprehensions I may have had, and having had an overall very negative experience with our former GP service, the staff here at Parklands SHINE! With their level of care and attententivness being exemplary! That said, we have yet to interact with the G.P.'s but if the above staff members are anything to go by, I look forward to interacting with the G.P. 's. A huge thank you and well done ladies, you all stand out from amungst the crowd!

Having interacted with x2 Doctors here at Parklands my little family and I can say we are super impressed!! We have NEVER had a doctor like Dr Shamim, who for us appeared as one who genuinely cares about her patients with not even a sprinkling of arrogance nor hostility.. This made us so happy that we had NO need to fight to be accepted and heard, but exceptionally sad for patients of our former practice. It's AMAZING how comforting it is to know that your Doctor cares and works for your good health.

Today I took my daughter into Parklands surgery as she sustained a deep cut on her hand. The receptionist staff were extremely helpful as they quickly got her seen by a nurse. First, the team thought we may have to go to A&E due to the bleeding however, Nurse Andrea and her team were able to avoid us getting send to A&E by gluing the wound and using butterfly stitches before bandaging it up. Thank you to the team for responding quickly and with such care.

Can't speak highly enough of Parklands GP Surgery. I have cancer and this surgery have supported me to the very highest standards and very possibly have been a key part of saving my life. The team effort by the Dr's, Nurses and Surgery Staff has been nothing short of amazing.
