Absolutely first rate from my initial phone call to leaving the surgery.
The young lady on reception who took my call was so very understanding of my condition and extremely helpful with advice and support from external sources, an absolute credit to the practice.
Dr Pang was equally helpful and moreover made eye contact at all times, clearly listening to my situation and happy to discuss all aspects of my health.
Again support and counselling was offered and I have to say this was a real boost to my emotional state and mental health.

I highly appreciate the help, support and care I receive from the doctors and nurses in Park Street Surgery. Sometimes, it's quite difficult to book an appointment, but it's worth the wait. The staff is very friendly, loving and caring. Park Street Surgery has been my GP practice for 4 years and I never felt disappointed from all the care they've provided me. Ever since being under the care of the doctors and nurses, I have improved a lot with my health issues for which I am very grateful. Thank you NHS.

The receptionist was very polite, happy and helpful, the Dr was thorough and did an excellent job checking me for a chest infection, the waiting time was quick, only waiting for 1 minute, all in all was a brilliant appointment

Always feels comfortable and welcoming, the reception staff acknowledge you with a smile and are always helpful. Medical staff take their time listen to what you say explain what what treatment or investigations may be needed, you come away from the consultation feeling Dr has understood your needs, problems. And that is the same for any of the drs I may have seen

Not good, called at 8.00am for test results waited half an hour to be told no appointments, then received a text message to say I need to book an appointment to discuss my test results. I am in alit of pain and have had sleepless nights over these results. If a doctor needs to speak with you they should ensure they book you an appointment.
