Absolutely horrible place. The receptionists are so unprofessional and rude. We had a face to face appointment for 8:50. Sitting there from 8:30 despite telling her I'm here , while I'm sitting there ,I received a text you didn't attend the appointment. When I confronted her she just makes difference excuses.
The other day she called and said your letter is ready to collect, when we came to collect she said you already collected your letter. She didn't give it to us. We found out she gave it to someone else then told us your letter is not ready go home and we will call you.
The management there is absolutely a joke and the receptionists are the most awful people who could work as a receptionist.
Asked about complaint form. First they said ok. Then they said go online. And no where in there website you can find complaint form.

I was a patient at this medical practice for almost two years. I have never experienced such discourteous behavior from a receptionist even from my last surgery.

This is not the first instance of rudeness from this particular individual, and I am certain many other patients (i have seen a few) can attest to her unpleasant demeanor. Her behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Medical receptionists play a vital role in assisting patients who often require support and understanding. There is absolutely no justification for her aggressive and hostile attitude. If she finds her job to be so unbearable, she should seriously consider pursuing a different career path. Her current conduct is detrimental to the well-being of both patients and the practice's reputation.

I have now changed GP as I felt I was helpless due to unwillingness to book appointment.

I’ve been at this doctors for nearly 20 years and never have I been so rudely spoke to by a receptionist. It’s not the first time she’s been rude and I’m sure there’s a lot of people who know exactly which women I’m talking about. What a rude women you are. Your ment to be helping people in need I see no reason for aggression. If you don’t like your job don’t do it.

Abysmal. Like a 3rd World country with a GP like this. 45 mins on hold to get an appointment Monday morning, then cut off. Attended in person. Not a singlee person in waiting room. No GP available. No returned calls. How is this allowed? Monday morning at 10am, nobody to answer the phones, nobody even in waiting room. Is this even a functioning Doctor's practice?

I hate to see the bad reviews for this practice. I've been a patient for 10 years and I have recommend them to family and friends. I find the staff polite, friendly and caring. There have been an occasional mistake or misunderstanding maybe 3 times in 10yr. So to say how underfunded our NHS is I think they do an amazing job.

I’ve never really had to use the surgery much until recently and am confused by some of the poor reviews, particularly about the reception staff. This has not been my experience AT ALL! The reception staff have been extremely pleasant and helpful throughout all my dealings with them. The overall care I have received from this practice has been outstanding, both from the GP and other members of the team. Yes it can take a while to get through the telephone system but this is not unique to this practice, the NHS is busy everywhere. It is clear the surgery is stretched to meet the high patient demands, but they prioritise those patients who need to be seen more urgently, which is important! It’s just a shame that this results in disgruntled patients who believe they are entitled to their treatment being prioritised over others. Haven’t got a single bad thing to say about my experience!

The doctors and nurses are great when you get to speak to them/see them. Unfortunately this is almost impossible to do, even when the doctor or nurse has put a note on file that you need a follow up, the receptionists don't allow you to make an appointment. I've had to go through 111 to get a doctor to call me as it's the only way to bypass the receptionists. I appreciate the pressures the GP surgeries are under but when a medical professional at the surgery has stated further action is needed, it's not appropriate for a receptionist to disagree with this and block the required action.

Totally useless service. All they do is trying to fob you off and stop you from being seen in person. When you finally get in the place is empty. Getting real help is a pain. Waste of time and my tax money.
