This is an excellent surgery! While my friends struggle to get their kids and themselves seen face to face, I never have any issues. The advice is thorough and Dr Kahn genuinely cares about his patients and offers practical advice. The receptionists are polite and friendly.
Yes, they occasionally run quite late. This is because, unlike other surgeries, they try to see all their patients in need of a face to face and I'd rather this than be fobbed off with a phone call where genuine medical concerns can be missed! Thank you Dr Kahn & Co

The most unreliable GP. I have never scheduled an appointment and was able to be seen on time. Despite being scheduled for my appointment, I was not seen for over an hour after it was scheduled.
The doctor doesn't apologise. they just appear to be uninterested and show no concern for other people's time or jobs.
The receptionist's response to my frustration was that they always run behind, Next time, try booking with a different doctor.

Receptionists are rude! They put
The phone down on patients and cannot be bothered to help you or address your concerns. No wonder all their staff leave! The reception staff need retraining on how to be polite. Surgery is very understaffed and cannot cope with
Their current demands! Don’t touch them with a barge pole! Go to another surgery.

The reception staff are wonderful. They are always friendly and they will always do their best to assist. I just had my smear test done today by Dr. Hanna, she was very understanding and listened to my concerns and giving me plenty of helpful advice. She made me feel so comfortable. All round, an excellent and professional and very kind service offered. Feeling grateful to belong to this GP practice. Big thank you.

I have a baby under one and have always been seen within a few hours of calling up. The receptionists are polite and friendly and the two doctors I’ve seen have been thorough; I’ve never felt rushed. Would recommend this surgery.

Let me preface this by saying I rarely write reviews but felt I had to upon seeing the negative reviews below. I've had experiences with both Dr Hanna and Dr Baxter. I've found Dr Hanna to be an excellent doctor and in my experience she has been excellent, not just on a professional level, but also on a personal and empathetic level. I had my first experience of Dr Baxter this week after coming out in shingles and she was first class. I'm not trying to discredit the other two reviews; I'm just offering a different experience that I've had with both doctors.

Recently everytime I call I am told no appointments available and just go to A&E my partner is a diabetic and Dr Hannah had no idea how to handle a diabetic and had to get the nurse. Everytine I have seen Dr Hannah she just writes notes and sends me on my way. I have cried many times after seeing her as she has no people skills and doesn't appear to care. The only good things about this practice is the Nurse and Dr Dean sadly everyone knows that so its impossible to get an appointment to see one of the 2. My diabetic partner has been turned away many times even when he urgently needed insulin. Horrible place 🙁
