I came to Pain Spa after lots of negative experiences in seeking remedy for my chronic muscle pain and dysfunction, following 4 years of shoulder sports injury. In my initial consultation Dr Krishna really listened to my history and symptoms, something which I greatly appreciated. Impressively, he was able to identify what was happening and offer a logical, structured approach towards treatment. These interventions have thus far been very effective in permanently relieving symptoms and I feel as though his initial hypothesis is being proven accurate. This is a real feat given many other medical professionals failed to get to grips with my problems. What’s more, throughout my journey with Pain Spa I have always felt valued and like I have a voice. I’m very happy I found Dr Krishna and would recommend anyone suffering in silence or who has made little progress via other medical intervention to get in touch with him.

After having MRI scans and other treatments by another consultant, I was referred to Dr Krishna to help me with my severe back pain.
After test injections to the facet joints that worked well, I then had radio frequency denervation of the joints a week later.
A few weeks later I noticed the joint pain was better and after 10 weeks I am 90% pain fee, and I am now back on the golf course !!
I would recommend anyone in severe pain to visit Dr Krishna and his wonderful team, I would highly recommend him.

I had lost my sense of taste and texture two years ago. After extensive investigations, it was confirmed that it is due to long Covid. Dr Krishna gave me 2 x stellate ganglion injections to see if it helped. I am absolutely delighted with the result. I visited Dr Krishna after I was diagnosed with Piriformis Syndrome. The pain was very intense that it affected my overall wellbeing for many months.
Dr Krishna listened carefully to what I had to say and proposed to proceed with an injection.
I am now 4 weeks post-injection and the pain is completely gone.
I would highly recommend Dr Krishna as he is very knowledgeable and methodic in his approach.

After several months of having various tests at the GP to rule out internal causes of my abdominal pain, they were stumped. Then I came across some academic papers that suggested ACNES should be considered and found Dr Krishna's website. He was able to see me very soon and administered an anaesthetic/steroid injection which started to work fully the following week, proving the diagnosis. Thanks to Dr Krishna I finally got a clear diagnosis and relief from the debilitating pain that was making it difficult to do ordinary activities. I might need further treatment I'm future and will definitely return to Dr Krishna if that is the case. He is very knowledgeable about this condition as well as being friendly and reassuring.
