I have been trying for almost two weeks to get an appointment to see a doctor. I work till 8am in the morning and ring asap,usually about 8:20 by the time i'm sorted. I wait on average around 40-45 mins to get through and am told each time that there are no appointments left. This is so frustrating and unfair. Today i waited 49 mins and was number 5 in the queue and i was cut off! I rang back and was then 14 in the queue so had no choice but to wait. I knew without a doubt i had no chance of an appointment and i was right. Told the receptionist what had happened with the call cutting off and she said it was because they were busy! Really? I do like this surgery but their booking system is totally messed up and unfair.

Very poor service from this Gp ,I'm trying to exchange to another one closer to home ,this one should b close, one day I have tried to call from just outside the practice and I could listen to the phone ringing I walk in and they were 2 of them just having a tea 🍵 for .
