Stayed here for my time in Etwall and you couldn’t pick a better spot. The location is fantastic and the room itself was nicely decorated and well maintained. This is all second to the first rate service and the friendliest of staff, who were extremely helpful during my visit. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in lovely Etwall.

Stayed for one night with my partner. Whilst the rooms were basic you get what you pay for and they met our needs completely.
The area was good without too much noise and the bed was comfortable and clean.
Richard was very friendly and accommodating and definitely added to our positive impression of the stay.
Would recommend for anyone looking for a cheap, clean and comfortable place.

My wife and I stayed at the Blenheim House hotel recently for a family wedding that was being held locally. On arrival we were met by Richard the owner, who was as charming and lovely as he was during our phone call when I wanted to make changes to our online booking ( annoying as that might have been).

We stayed for 2 nights in a very comfortable and competitively priced room with all the amenities you need for a short stay.

Richard was always available, and he even gave us his personal mobile number incase we needed anything.

His passion to offer a great guest experience is visually abundant and warming.

The breakfast was superb on both mornings, with plenty of options of fruit, cereals, toast and the main event, the full English.

Thank you Richard and the team. We had a great stay.

I booked two double rooms for my husband and I and our two sons, to attend a nearby wedding venue. I called to see if we could check in early so we could attend the wedding ceremony at 1.30pm. I spoke to Richard who said we could check in at my requested time as we just wanted to get changed and leave our bags in the rooms. The rooms were lovely, very comfortable beds, tea and coffee making facilities and a tv with Netflix available. Breakfast the next morning was extremely nice, full English breakfast with toast and croissants. And as much tea and coffee as we needed. Richard was nice and friendly throughout and engaged with all of us. I would highly recommend a stay here and will re book again if I am over that way again

I stayed here for one night to attend a wedding nearby. I was completely blown away by the service Richard provided, I've never stayed somewhere so accomodating. I needed to be with the bride in the morning and wasn't able to make it over to the hotel until the wedding finished. Richard drove over to the venue to drop the keys off, gave me instructions and took all my belongings back with him so I didn't need to carry them back over in the early hours of the morning! He was then awake when I got there at about 1am to let me in. The next morning breakfast was lovely and Richard couldn't be more friendly and accomodating. This place feels so much more personal than a standard hotel stay and I had a lovely time. The building is beautiful with lots of character and the rooms are clean, spacious and well presented with all of the amenities you need. I would certainly book to stay here again if I'm ever in the area!

My husband and i had really lovely evening at the Blenheim house this evening with a warm welcome from the owner Richard the staff were very helpful and friendly and our meal was superb very well presented and delicious! The peperoni pizza was the best pizza i have ever eaten!! The steak was really good quality! A huge well done to all the team 👏

Stayed for 4 nights, Richard and the team are so lovely and accommodating. Nothing is ever too much hassle. We had dinner in the restaurant this evening and it was brilliant! Would definitely recommend

Difficult to find hotel entrance in the dark. Walked between occupied dining tables to get to bar to check in.

Waited a long time to be taken to room. Didn't seem as if I was expected.

Lovely large room, tastefully decorated.

Very comfortable bed.

Room was cold. Got in bed at 8pm because I didn't want to carry on sitting by the radiator.

Lovely warm duvet.

Bathroom heater difficult to turn on. Bathroom was cold.

Need shower mat in bathroom not drawer.

TV in first room not working.

Walked through rooms used for storage to get to bedrooms.

Shower in second room was cold.

Need a tray for refreshments. No teaspoons.

Kettle doesn't fit under tap.

Need lined or darker curtains

People can see into room if curtains are open.

No-one there when I checked out.
