Great pharmacy and staff. Have been going here for at least 12 years. Have my prescription sent here by the doctor and it’s always ready to pick up within a few days and they often notify me by text that it’s ready if I haven’t been in. I am also allergic to one particular brand of one of my medicines and they always check with me before I go that I have the correct brand. Also when I was away in Plymouth once and had forgotten one of my medications they leased with me, my doctor and the pharmacy there to make sure that I got a prescription emailed there….five star service as far as I’m concerned

My favorite pharmacy in Eastbourne. I had a nasal spray recommended for my son. The doctor informed me that I cannot get this spray anywhere because it is out of stock. I found it in Osbon... and it's not the first time they have a medicine that is not available everywhere. Very nice service by two ladies from Poland. They put my medicine aside. I highly recommend this pharmacy... I honestly learned more about my son's problem from them than from the GP

I wanted a pharmacy close to work. Been with Osbon for a year then they mismanaged a prescription: first giving only half the order and then handing over too much. It's put me off going back so I'm returning to Newman's on Seaside. Further to walk but I never had problems with them.

Atrocious service, especially for customers(which we are, as we pay their wages...were we not on medication, they wouldn't have a business). We as a family have used them for over 5 years, in the last 2 (since it changed hands)we have had nothing but sub service, bad manners and incompetence. Shame on them as most customers are in one way or another in need of help. My daughter is epileptic and on a high dose of keppra as well as a low dose citalopram.
Not taking the consistent dose of citalopram will trigger a seizure as her body is dependent on it.
All pharmacies are legally and morally obliged to give an emergency prescription within the limits of the law.
Spoke to the lighthouse medical practise earlier today regarding this situation and was advised never to use obson pharmacy again(exact words from the doctors practice), I have taken this advice.

Don’t ever have my prescription prepared anymore and constantly asked to call my GP even though it is a repeat prescription and have been going here for 5 years plus. Will be changing pharmacies. Don’t bother, it’s not worth the stress.
