Would leave a zero review if I could. We arrived today for a blood test 4 minutes late and have never met such rude staff! The receptionist had a face like thunder and looked like she was enjoying telling a poor young cancer patient that because she was 7 minutes late they wouldn’t be able to do her blood test! We had extreme trouble parking and my Mum is 83 years of age, so takes a bit of time to cross the road. When the aggressive phlebotomist came out to tell my Mum that she wouldn’t do the blood test because she was 4 mins late my Mum said she was sorry and that we had trouble parking, LUCY the phlebotomist said “you shouldn’t be late then init” to say I was shocked by her tone, aggression and use of slang is an understatement! I suggest she goes back to school to learn some manners and has some English lessons!

And by the way there were no other patients waiting …… my Mum and the poor young girl were the only ones and it was 1.50!!

The service in this center is so bad it has completely ruin my day. I’m 14min late due to complicated parking but they only tell me in the reception desk that they don’t see me if I’m more than 10min late. If this is a hard rule they should put it in message to give me notice, not when I’m already here! In addition, if you are not local, suggest you come here earlier cos you need to park in the shopping center, you can’t use the car park in front of the center as that is a private one.

I saw andrea jackson today, to have my ears syringed. The whole experience was wonderful, from start to finish! She was very professional, and calm. Made me feel like a new man. Got rid of all my nasty wax. Would have no hesitation in recommending! Terry

Awful experience, not looking forward to a return. Reception by entrance, no staff. Asked porter for directions for neurology, he pointed to the signs on the wall which just says rooms and numbers. He was the most helpful and suggested I got upstairs for help, waiting by that reception at top of stairs, one was dealing with a customer (just talking about personal lifestyles) and other 2 trying to look busy. I was late and called ahead to explain I’m just outside having trouble with parking, lady on phone was rude and said I had 10mins. Asked 2 members of staff where neurology is and both had no idea. This point I was very distressed and just wanting advice on where I should be, finally receptionist was free and told me I needed to be at the other receptionist desk! Dr I saw was good and said they received message. Overall awful experience! Staff need more training clearly!

The clinic is clean and modern but very confusing. I had no idea where to go for my appointment and there is no one to ask. When I did find staff to ask they were very rude towards me.

I had my second Pfizer vaccine booked for 1920 today, I get in the queue at 1820, which is lucky I did as by the time I got into the building it was 1920, yet come 2005 I still hadn't been asked any of the questions or had my name called. There were people there for over two hours who hadn't been seen. I appreciate that it is a walk in clinic however people make appointments for a reason,the fact that walk ins were put before the appointments is stupid, I had to leave without getting the vaccine as I had to get home. I would like to add that it is also incredibly difficult to get a hold of yourselves, I had to phone seven different numbers yesterday to finally get through to yourselves and I honestly shouldn't have bothered. The lack of organisation is evident and a lot of the NHS support workers in the clinic were incredibly rude to other patients waiting.
