Just finished a nice quick 30 minute massage, was absolutely incredible! The lady is so strong and hit all the right spots! I'd definitely recommend this place easily, she is very focused on pressure points it's wonderful!

I can totally recommend this place. I get my perfect fix from the massage team in Chertsey once a month as I play my Football in goal and often get aches and pains as i get older. I always leave 81 Guildford Road feeling fresh and complexly unstressed . The place is clean and warm and the staff are friendly , rates are excellent value , you could not ask for any more . I recently visited this place for a back and neck massage due to pain, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.

First Impressions: Upon entering, I was immediately hit by a strong, unpleasant smell. The building itself was in poor condition, and the interior decor was old and mismatched. The atmosphere did not feel clean or inviting at all.

Lack of Privacy: To my surprise, none of the rooms, including the toilet, had doors! I was very uncomfortable using the toilet without a door. The massage room wasn’t any better—filled with old, mismatched items, and the massage table had a bedcover that looked so bad I didn't feel comfortable lying down on it.

Odd Payment Process: Before the massage began, I was asked to pay in cash, which felt unusual. There was no mention of my name or contact details when I booked, which also seemed odd and unprofessional.

No Privacy During the Session: I had to undress in front of the therapist, and she didn’t provide a towel or any cover for me. Throughout the session, I felt completely exposed, and even when the massage was over, she stayed in the room, watching me get dressed.

Massage Quality: The massage itself was not what I expected. Rather than applying pressure to the areas I indicated, the therapist just rubbed my back in repetitive motions, and I don’t believe she had the proper technique to address my pain.

Suggestions for Improvement:

- Simplify and update the decor to create a more inviting and comfortable environment.
- Address the smell, as it leaves a poor first impression.
- Ensure client privacy by installing doors, especially for the toilet and massage rooms.
- Provide towels or covers for clients to maintain privacy during the massage.
- Finally, consider learning proper massage techniques, especially how to apply the right pressure to the problem areas.

I regret having to leave this review, but I believe these changes are important for improving the overall experience. As currently the environment and service are not great for the well-being of clients, which could be affecting the number of visitors. I hope these suggestions will help her attract more clients and improve the service offered.

Yesterday I had a massage.The massage was excellent, the massuer was experienced and knowledgeable. The room was clean and warm. One of the best massages I have experienced. I will definitely visit again .
