Absolutely rude staff, the fat woman is more busy chit chatting behind the counter than dealing you humanely, always seem frustrated & have an unacceptable attitude.. don’t know why she’s still doing job there, she’s behavioral issues and definitely needs therapy. Will definitely change my pharmacy now. Doesn’t worth going there, also saw a poor woman (customer) leaving pharmacy today as we were left unattended for 20 minutes, she asked me if I have been attended already but when I said no the staff only saw me and didn’t speak to me, she was shocked and left. Came to collect my medication and on going home to collect I only recieved 1 of 2 items. I rang back and told them, asking if the other had been done. They said it had but was done on a different date and it was MY responsibility to tell them this (how I would know why they dispensed on different dates I dont know), rather than apologize for the mistake of not supplying both my medicines. I understand that mistakes happen, but what I didnt like was the lack of responsibility, not admitting they were in the wrong and instead putting me at blame for not receiving my medication. Tell me how that makes any sense? Again, when collecting, I recieved no such apology. A shame, for if they were more professional this review need not be written. Please learn from this.

Rude and unhelpful staff.
The big older woman on the counter was rude and tried to avoid even looking at the prescription for a week old baby even after being told I was sent to them.
Will avoid at all costs in the future.

Today is the last time I use this pharmacy!.. The staff ignore you completely when you enter the shop.. On more than one occasion I've had to ask to be served.. Then they look at you like you're asking for the impossible!... I don't expect to jump queues but I do expect courtesy and good service
