I have had a couple of consultations with Oracle in Stafford & Shrewsbury. Yesterday was my first treatment with Odessa and Evie in Shrewsbury. They were brilliant, probably the best dental appointment I have ever had (and I am in my 60’s). Everything was explained all the way through and they certainly went the extra mile for the patient. Very well worth a 40 mile drive. I will certainly use Oracle again.

Went to the Dentist yesterday after having alot of pain but due to past trauma and experiences I'd put it off for 18 month. The new dentist and his assistant was amazing and listened to my every need, I did get emotional and they both had empathy and talked me through every option I had but no pressure in making a decision there and then. They made me feel at ease and definitely would recommend.

I had 2 dental implants done at the clinic 15 years ago, a great experience then and every time I've had any contact with them it has been really good. Every dentist I have seen has explained everything and talked me through all the options without any pressure to go for any particular option and all the staff are lovely. Today I attended I very thorough consultation with Odessa Santos assisted by Dental nurse Evie. Both extremely professional with the right amount of empathy putting me instantly at ease. I found the exam I had performed general and thorough which was explained throughout. A detailed plan followed which I was able to understand along with a comprehensive breakdown of costs and a menu of potential options. I have been having treatment from Oracle for about 2 years now for gum related problems (and old age!) and they have always provided excellent treatment and a caring approach. They have improved my oral health, given good advice, and undertaken treatment that has kept my teeth in good condition. It is private treatment, yes, but you also do get what you pay for.
