What an amazing group of staff! This was my first visit to this clinic for a regular health check and what an amazing and friendly experience it was. Anyone who might be feeling nervous or anxious, this is the place for you! The staff are super friendly, helpful and professional. Also, big shout out to Cath who may be the best medical practitioner I've ever met

I came in to the Branston clinic.The receptionists the nurses, carers and the doctor we all friendly snd fantastic customer service reception. The doctor Bretland took me through all the information keenly before the procedure, she was exteemely friendly and patient with me.She did the process in a very caring way and i felt cared for by her and the carer who kept checking if am comfortable and happy.after the procedure the doc and carer gave me more after care info and made sure i was happy and painfree before leaving. I have never expirienced so much care and love from nhs like i have today.I would rate this clinic 10/10.keep the good job and I will always refer friends and family there.

All fantastic there . Always used yo feel uncomfortable going to gu clinic but the nurses are so lovely and extremely professional. Even reception staff are nice too. Treat you so nice and speak to you in such a professional manner I cannot say anything bad about them . Great work burton staff xx

I attend for a coil fitting today, I was anxious but from the moment I walked through the door I was totally put at ease but Rachel. The Dr fitted the coil very easily, thank you to the wonderful staff there.

Went for a Friday walk-in appointment. Place was well run and all staff I encountered were very helpful and friendly.

All staff were so friendly, receptionists, doctor and nurses, were all really nice ?
