I was admitted to OneWelbeck for right knee arthroscopy. The whole experience was seamless and I was cared for my everyone who I came in to contact with. Mr Sethi my surgeon was kind and gentle, and explained everything clearly. He also met with me after the operation to discuss how it went. My nurse Larissa was so lovely. She was patient and helpful and treated me with respect and kindness. A wonderful team and seamless day case experience. Thank you!

Brilliant place. Get all my checks done here with different floors for different areas in medicine. Currently seeing 4 different consultants for different issues based in one place. Tea/coffee/clean toilets always!
The biggest and only downside would be the bloodtest screening staff and area and pharmacy. Long waiting times, NHS beats these people. Staff are not helpful, never have a smile. Nurses that draw blood are undertrained it seems as every single time I felt immense pain and strange bruising all over arm. Lost my blood once and had to return for a second test in the same day.
Pharmacy takes an hour at times to give you 1 pack of medicine. Please sort this out.

Excellent all round and Helder, my main nurse. could not have been more caring. As usual my Consultant, Prof M. Finlay, inspired confidence in the procedure I was to have. So far the results are very encouraging. I thank him for his kindly manner and the knowledge and skill he has.

Everyone was kind, courteous and really wanted to carry out their roles in the best way - i could feel their enthusiasm and professionalism!

Really disappointed with the services. The prices are such that one would think that the service would be really superlative but overall it is a huge disappointment. I went to see an Endocrinologist here, the consultant himself was very impressive, really explained everything to me really well, was very thorough. However, the post appointment service is zero, which beats the whole point of going to see a specialist privately as I am still waiting to hear back from him on next steps after two weeks. My test results took forever to be released, once released there wasn't any follow up from the consultant as one would expect. I literally have sent an email every single day for the last two weeks and I am still awaiting the results and direction on next steps. Tbh, NHS services are looking far superior to me right now...

Also, what is with having rules against sharing test results with the patient themselves, afterall, if I am the one paying for tests to be conducted on myself, then I should have every right to be able to personally access my own test results!

One Welbeck - please get your act together.. I have been to you before and the service was superb ..but called yesterday to enquire about the price of a scan and the person I spoke to was worse than useless, had zero idea about your products, offerings and said no one was available to discuss further. Also said I should look at your website and I advised her I had already done this and I could not find the information on there. I had to force her to take my details and get someone with knowledge to call me back but what a surprise nobody did. Awful service - you should be paying a lot more attention to who you hire as your first contact to your patients.. needless to say another provider was able to handle my enquiry professionally.. when one is paying handsomely for services you should be able to provide helpful and knowledgeable staff to service the enquiries. What a disappointment. If your calls are recorded you really need to listen to it ..

Many thanks to Mark Earley, John Cousins and the whole team at One Welbeck for an exemplary experience before, during and after my ablation - all the nursing staff were excellent, ultra professional and made me feel at ease.

Special thanks to nurse Larissa for her care and attention.

Following surgery I feel great - no discomfort, no more dizziness with postural change and the catheter insert dressing is holding up well.

Nurse Rosa called post procedure asking after my wellbeing and to remind me to continue to rest, hydrate etc. She left her contact details should I have any queries or concerns.

I’m truly delighted with all aspects of the facility, treatment and level of care - thanks again to everyone involved.
