I have been going to Sarah for approximately 4months to help with anxiety and menopause. I have a facial kneck shoulder massage with reiki and crystals 🔮 it's so relaxing and helps so much. In the time I have been going I've started to meditate 🧘‍♀️ which has helped me relax and take time for myself. Its helped me so much with my sleep anxiety too. I'm loving my treatments and how it's helping me relax it gives me such a good feel until nest time namaste 🙏
