Incredible service from the team. I registered here after suffering an uncaring attitude for my mental health issues from my previous GP, and I was nervous that I would receive the same here. How wrong I was!

The reception team spotted my distress immediately as I arrived (despite me trying to mask it!) and offered for me to sit in a private room for my comfort, and one of them stayed with me while I waited for the doctor. They fetched me a glass of water and kept chatting to me to calm me down. I wish I could remember everyone's names to thank them properly!

Dr Lynch called me in promptly, and from the first second she was nothing but supportive, empathetic, and helpful. For the first time in decades, I felt I had a GP who really listened to me and accepted my mental disorders cause irrational responses to seemingly benign things. She spent time with me, didn't make me feel like she was in a rush to just get me seen and get me out, and explained my options with me.

Much to my surprise, I even got a follow-up call later to make sure I was okay and to offer another appointment to check in with me and continue mapping out a plan for my mental health recovery.

I cannot thank you enough, everyone. This level of support has floored me, and it has really, really helped pick me back up and start on the road to recovery once more.

My telephone consultation with Dr Davison was supportive and helpful. He listened to my concerns with empathy and I felt included in the decision making process.

Follow up text with additional lifestyle advice was a nice touch and much appreciated.

Tried several times to get through on phone for an appointment, system is not fit for purpose , constantly get told that the call can not be completed at the moment, even though it sometimes comes up and says your number two or number five in que, then just cuts in and says sorry your call cannot be completed at the moment, worst I have ever known it.
