New to the practice. Requested a call on E-consult, unfortunately I missed the call and received a text telling me off & rightly so!
Spoke to a doctor the next day and he was lovely. Feel i had my question answered.
I moved from a practice which you could not contact at all so this has been a dream!
Very well organised. Thank you!

I would agree with the reviews regarding the reception staff being useless. I contacted them asking a doctor to go over my urine results as I was concerned about a couple of the results and instead the reception staff referred me to the pharmacy and told them I had pain urinating which I had NEVER said. Luckily I kept a copy of my eConsult form to prove I never said this. The pharmacy seemed shocked the reception staff at the doctors would even make this up. This is not the first time the staff have fobbed my eConsult off when I generally need to speak to a doctor about something. Staff who have no medical training should not be picking up the eConsult forms and deciding who needs to be seen because they have no medical knowledge to be making that judgement. I think at this point I’d rather suffer in silence with an illness and hope it’s nothing serious than have to contact a doctors whose reception staff will just fob you off.

This cabinet is a joke. they have no respect for patients. every time I call for a consultation, either it's full or I call tomorrow. I received a message to call them back in 30 minutes, I called and waited on the line for 40 minutes, after which the person on the phone tells me that I called too late. to avoid! I'm going to move away from them because it's not worth it! I do not recommend!

Playing a postcode lottery with your health. DO NOT trust them.
Beware this practice and their 'rotveiller in a skirt' practice manager. After several years as a patient I was told that I was being de-listed for daring to move 200 yards from my previous address. A phone call to the NHS had this rude manager on the phone telling me they would be prepared to reinstate me but it would be delayed as my notes had already been returned to the NHS. (Don't believe it when they tell you that's their prerogative because it's written in their NHS contract that they can't just dump patients). In the meantime I received another letter stating again that I had been delisted for the same reason. When I called into the surgery she hid in the office behind reception and wouldn't come out.
Please don't trust them with your health.

I see the bad reviews on here but my experience with Old Fletton Surgery is not like those reviews. I have been a few times recently filled out econsult get a phone call shortly after by a GP and if they need to see you they will call you in and have felt they have listened to me and examined me properly. Receptionists and GPs have been friendly and put me at ease.
