Over the last 14months I seem to have gone from one medical problem to another. For every occasion I've needed to see the doctor I have always been able to get an appointment. I have found all the staff at the practice kind, considerate and attentive and totally professional.
I've been around the block a few times and I can honestly say this is the best doctors I have ever been registered with, we are very lucky to have them!

Having been unwell for the past 18 months I have always experienced a very high level of care and support from all the staff I have encountered. Everyone was helpful and sympathetic to my situation. The receptionists were always so accommodating and helpful, especially Rachael, Caroline and Karen. I often saw William who was extremely kind and understanding which was appreciated. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have such a good practice when I am aware that others don’t measure up in the same way. With much appreciation to everybody. Thank you.

We've just moved to this GP from Woodcote medical after about a year of regular terrible experiences. I must say, from filling out the registration forms to speaking to the receptionist to speaking to a GP, it's been such a breath of fresh air. First of all, the registration form is so thorough while being logical and friendly. Everything is explained well and the website is optimized for new users (love the emojis, so personal and human). Phoning the GP used to be a nightmare but I was second in the call queue and spoke to a lovely, helpful receptionist who didn't try to rush me off the phone. I was able to get a phone call appt within an hour to get a couple of questions answered about repeat medication. When speaking to the GP, I felt heard and, again, not rushed off the phone. Although Dr Mulley wasn't able to answer one of my questions, she did explain her next steps and promised to follow up. I feel so much relief at the level of service shown in these initial interactions -- thanks OC Medical!

Ended up with more problems than I started with in the long run. The "practice" has taken on TOO MANY patients and now everyone suffers. I miss when it was just a tiny practice that could ACTUALLY handle it's traffic. Had to switch GPs after being refused medication recommended by the pharmacist that hadles my prescriptions, due to being told it was "addictive" to be put on an indefinite prescription for sleeping pills. So giving someone an addiction to one medication is different to another PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW
Now they don't work and I've changed gp because they can't offer me any other medication or treatment to help with my permanent illness. Better off jogging this lot on and going private if you can afford to I regrettably had to leave after 30 years

Best GP practice I’ve had the good fortune to be supported by. Dr Goss treats me as a partner in my medical care, respectfully offers his opinions and listens to my choices. Excellent practice

I’ve come here all my life since I was a little girl and I’ve always had a great experience here. Best doctors around, I always get an appointment on the same day or the next day with the help of the fantastic receptionist team who are lovely and need recognition for always being lovely and extremely helpful on the phones.

I feel so lucky being registered to this GPs. Every doctor / nurse / staff I encountered here has just been so lovely. You can pretty much always get a same day appointment if you ring in the morning. Doctors are always thorough and caring, I had been seen by very dismissive and rude doctors at other practices before, but honestly everyone has been great here. Very clean facilities too and good location. Thank you to everyone who works here for your hard work and care ?

I cannot praise this surgery enough from the reception staff, to the Doctors themselves. As a man, in my past, I rarely see a doctor or a dentist which in the end resulted in a heart attack followed by some serious mental health issues due to PTSD. Thanks to both Dr.Murphy and Dr.Kelvin, I'm still here today and have been able to see everything in a very different light compared with a few years ago.

I understand that most will leave a review off the back of a bad experience, but for me I find positive reviews a lot more helpful!

The aftercare I have received from this practise has been second to none for both my physical and mental health. I have been made to feel welcome, respected and most importantly that I can, and should make an appointment where necessary and not be thinking that they're to busy seeing others patients instead of someone like me. Some of the advise and words of support I have been given has been life changing especially around my mental health, and on more than one occasion has been the difference between life and death, as dramatic as that may sound!

In summary I echo the points mentioned in some of the other reviews I've read, and I am truely grateful to have this practise as my GP service, thanks to each and everyone of the staff, you've been an invaluable part of my recovery.
