Karen Crease provided excellent advice for me over the last 4 years , since I moved to Devon. She identified early on the need for cataract surgery in my right eye plus other complications in my left eye that required triage support. I now have regular annual eye tests and adjust my spectacle prescription accordingly. Great service - very professional and reassuring!

I am recovering from surgery to remove a tumour from my brain. It was pressing on my optic nerve and has negatively affected my eye sight. I went to Eyecare hoping that they could help me to improve my sight. I was treated with great respect and was with the optician for about an hour and a half. I had many tests and long discussions about the problems I am experiencing coping with my limited eye sight, particularly in one eye. The optician was extremely kind and said she would do everything she could to help me. I am very glad I went to an optician who cared and spent a considerable amount of time to find a favourable outcome for me. I will definitely stay with this opticians and highly recommend them.

The experience was very positive. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was seen promptly on arrival and felt that the eye test was very thorough .
Being disabled and having to wait to be picked up afterwards I did laughingly suggest that a high seat chair would be appreciated but perched quite happily on a desk 🤣👍
