Went for the beach ceremony and it was absolutely incredible . It gave me the feeling of ‘I am in the right place’. It was lovely to be on the beach itself. The music was beautiful, with singing bowls & drums. . The activities with the peddle painting and note making was memorable, powerful & empowering . Felt lighter after the whole experience, it’s even motivated me to attempt to lose weight again and to manage my own life better. The beach fire, cards & crystals were also very helpful too. The staff are also very kind & understanding. I also love how Ocean Zen support Acorns .5*

I recently had an incredibly powerful Reiki session. Tove, the healer, made me feel comfortable from the start. She explained everything clearly, including the use of Shamanic drums. As soon as the session began, I entered a deep state of relaxation, and Tove worked her magic. My body responded to each touch point. Afterward, I felt a euphoric sensation, almost like having smoked a joint. However, as more emotions surfaced, I experienced cathartic crying—releasing over two decades of repressed feelings stored within my body. Tove’s gentle care and safe presence allowed me to open my heart fully. I’m immensely grateful for this experience and eagerly anticipate the next session. xx

Me and 9yr old son attended Ocean Zen yesterday for our spiritual spa session and we absolutely loved every second of it. My son said he felt so relaxed and comfortable. He loved his Indian head massage treatment (me too!) It was his first experience of something like this and he now wants to do something like this more regularly! It was a lovely afternoon spent together. My son said he thought the lady doing the session was so nice and kind too.
Will definitely book onto future events. I would definitely recommend any events, classes and activities to others❤️?

Thank you Ocean Zen ? for yet another amazing spiritual retreat.

From the minute I arrived I felt I was home. So great to see the lovely Tove and Nicolla again, reconnect with special souls and meet new beautiful souls.

What a magical, spiritual place; radiating peace, still and calm; allowing to just be. ?

Loved the twinkling barn, natural sculptures, wild flowers and shrines; perfect to compliment an extremely special weekend; filled with meditation ‍♀️, mantras, rituals, cards, shinrin yoku ? (forest bathing), sound healing, mindfulness, music, crafts, fire circle, space to be me, chatting, laughter and delicious nourishing food.

The sun visited us all weekend ☀️, inviting beautiful butterflies ? gorgeous bees ?, angel clouds ?️ and a visitation from a vibrant Robin ? ? and a grasshopper ? that took a great liking to Tove!

Clear skies embraced our fire circle ?, a blanket of twinkling diamonds ?✨, surrounding a huge, almost full moon ?. Atmospheric and mysterious, as we were mesmerised by the shapes and shadows of the dancing flames ?.

The accommodation was fantastic, loved my luxury pod, which had everything you could need, including it's own bathroom - perfect!!
Not to mention walking in the footsteps of Robson Green (apparently he stayed in my pod!) ?

Wow - my treatments - how magically special these were!

A Crystal Facial, Zen head massage and Chakra Re-balance by Nicola, were the perfect end to an incredibly healing day. I floated to bed rejuvenated and spiritually aligned. ?

An Angelic, Reiki, Healing session from Tove, was the perfect end to my weekend. Enabling me to leave that beautiful place and special souls, reinvigorated, optimistic and reassured by my truth and very own healing qualities.
? Allowing me to take this forward and enabling my path with new brighter opportunities.

I arrived with a broken heart ?, I left with a heart full of love, peace, truth and hope. ?☀️

Thank you from my heart, mind, body and soul; I can't wait for the next one, which I am soooo pleased is longer!
