I am extremely disappointed with the ultrasound scan experience I had earlier today. I am very dissatisfied with the conduct of the assistant who was supposed to help me during the procedure. I found her to 32be extremely impolite, and her unhelpful demeanor further compounded my disappointment.
During the scan, the assistant handed me a limited amount of tissue to place on myself, which I found to be insufficient. Upon completion of the scan, I kindly requested additional tissue in order to remove the gel. To my surprise, she outright refused my request, saying that the she already provided an adequate amount.

I believe It is important to maintain a certain level of professionalism and empathy in any medical setting. As a patient, I expect to be treated with respect and understanding, particularly when it comes to matters such as basic as cleanliness and comfort. Unfortunately, my experience today fell significantly short of these expectations.

Can’t fault the place - I love Singhal & they have a new paramedic working there- Moseley I’m sure he’s called… what a credit he is to ur surgery … lovely lovely guy 😃

Very disappointing with the scan appointment. Kindly inform us before hand if there is no lady dr to do work. very poor communication.

This is a NHS Surgery center. It is not a walk-in, hence prior appointment needed b4 visit and consultation.
