I was registered with Oaks for 5 years. Absolutely brilliant! I was able to get appointments and the service was great. I have now moved house, and it is a shame my new postal code does not fall under their radius. Thanks to all the staff, especially the doctors and nurses!

Been at The Oaks and the staff are all great there especially Simon he is amazing and also Mrs Rhodes who are both super compassionate! The reception team are really good and always sort any issues and are always very polite and empathetic! Great GP practice.

They've Done nothing but go above and beyond for me since getting my now diagnosed Anaemia looked into. The nurses have been brilliant and always do there best and are always happy to help which is in stark contrast to my old practice.

Getting an appointment is easy enough although I wish it was free phone instead of a paid line but more than helpful. I recommend them highly.

You try to call and are on hold for an eternity, you get through and there is no availability, to be told to go to a walk in. It begs the question, what is the point of a GP surgery.... perhaps they should all be walk ins. It was much better when you could attend and see a doctor without appointment.

Seriously impressed with the set up.
EConsult sent at 0830 this morning and within a minute or so the Surgery rang and offered an 0900 appointment.
By 0915 seen by Hayley and prescription sorted. Brilliant 😊

Phoned at 8 o'clock on Tuesday morning, waited one hour to receive a receptionist reply. explained severe pain to right leg, I was told that I would receive a doctors call within 48 hours it is now 1 o'clock on Wednesday. because the doctors never get to know you I guess they don't really care

My husband had an appointment today for a blood pressure check following a change of medication. He was seen by a HCSW called Emily, she listened to his symptoms and acted upon them with courtesy and empathy, he was seen by an ANP with the same amount of care and attention 10 out of 10. Please Emily do not say you are only a HCSW you are a star
