I was well impressed with Oakmount Dental Care. My previous dentist had retired and I desperately needed to find another dentist and I am so pleased I found this one. Ourania is very gentle & understanding, and extracted several teeth which I was apprehensive over, but she was brilliant and I am so glad I have found her. All the staff are very professional. No communication of costs between reception and dentist. Also no communication of the reason for my appointment between reception and dentist. Reception advised no time to be seen for an appointment but a quick check then the dentist wants to take a full appointment. I didn't have e the time due to work commitments and got made to feel awkward for asking about cost. All they cared about that day was money rather than the individual.

I have had to have quite a bit of dental work recently. Every time I have visited Oakmount I have been extremely impressed. All staff are exceptionally professional, polite and very friendly.

Update 19/12/24. Two years after my treatment below I needed a crown on a lower molar. I was so nervous but Ourania Maraki was so reassuring, gentle and explained every step along the way.Two hours in the chair flew by and even better I did not need any sedation. I am now more confident to consider some of the cosmetic options to improve my teeth appearance. I thoroughly recommend Ourania and I am looking forward to coming back for my permanent crown fitting.

As a nervous patient I requested dental sedation for a recent treatment. Throughout the whole process I was made to feel relaxed and confident by Hennie and Lesley. The quality of the dentistry exceeded my expectations and I would thoroughly recommend Dr Hennie Muller.
