Fantastic service. I popped in for advice because my daughter had a skin problem that wasn’t healing. The pharmacist had a look then asked her to pop into the consultation room. He asked her some questions and within five minutes he had prescribed and dispensed some antibiotic cream. I expected to either buy something over the counter or he directed to the doctor. He was cheerful, friendly and efficient.

Had my covid jab here and they were fantastic. I pass out very easily so have been putting off getting my first vaccination for several months. The pharmacist who saw me was amazing, calmed me down and was very patient! I’ll definitely be coming back for my second 🙂

Had my second covid jab here yesterday. Was nervous having had an allergic reaction the last time. Was very well looked after and the pharmacist was very careful, advising an antihistamine and then making a space for me at the back to lay down if I needed, felt very cared for and safe. (All was fine by the way!)

Oakley Pharmacy met our need for walk-in Over 75's Spring Covid booster 'jabs' brilliantly. Doorstep parking, friendly welcome, a kind and considerate staff member who updated our NHS vaccinations online. We live further away but would definitely revisit. The pharmacy shelves were well stocked. Really appreciated Oakley's walk-in vaccination service as booked appointments do not suit everyone. Thank you!

What a fantastic service took my son for a covid jab he was very nervous, the pharmacist was so reassuring and friendly making him laugh and checking he was ok while we waited after. I cant recommend them any more also lovely to see the personal touch with his regular customers

Please don't think of this as a negative review. The only reason for one star was I didn't actually use Oakley pharmacy I hadn't realised that the COVID injection I booked was for four weeks later than I needed. So really it's a bad review of me NOT the pharmacy. 🙏

Very helpful staff very rare if they do not have stock. They always go the extra mile. And it's nice to be on first name tearms with the staff which dose make the difference. Just like local shops used to be.

Certainly the best chemist in the area Harry and the team can not do enough for you and if they don’t have something they will always do their best to offer an alternative or find the item for you - why only 4 ⭐️ closed on a Saturday that’s why no other reason
