Have never come across such appalling practice and highly apathetic receptionist. Glad we weren’t eventually seen by the doctors, were turned back at 11 pm with a baby in the cold. I was very disappointed to see that patient care , morals or humanity do not matter at the practice and I would rather to go to another practice than bother here

I used the out of hours service on Saturday. I was very grateful to get an appointment at short notice. The doctor was very kind and patient and getting the antibiotics on Saturday rather than Monday made a big difference as I had got a lot worse before they kicked in. Many thanks.

The doctor who saw me was condescending and dismissive. I visited the surgery on Saturday with a sick one year old. The appointment had been booked for my son by another doctor who had called me back on the Friday evening after my call to the NHS helpline. However at the surgery the doctor was quite challenging from the start and made me feel as though I was wasting his time. He wanted to know why I thought there was any benefit in seeing him. When I told him that the NHS helpline had insisted on me taking my son to see a doctor the following day and had also booked the appointment he replied dismissively saying they were not professional medics. The communication between the doctor and the pharmacy around the corner also seemed very poor. While I was in the waiting room at the doctors' surgery the pharmacist came around requiring a prescription for another patient to be rewritten. Then the prescription for my son was also rejected by the same pharmacist. All in all it was a very unsatisfactory experience.

Worse surgery ever!! Please think twice before registering at this surgery!! Firstly they claimed not to have registered me and that I would need to do the whole process again, 2 days later a lady left a voice message to say i need to come in to do bloods but no details as to why i need to do bloods or why they we're ordered but i called and booked the appointment anyway with a lady i found extremely hard to understand. I then called for something completely different and was shocked at how EXTREMELY RUDE the receptionist was. She threatened to hang up the phone 3 times. I was not rude to her at all, she spoke over me and was extremely unprofessional. Kelly P she said her name was. DO NOT not register here. Worse in the Borough!!
