Can never get an appointment. Very poor communication, just stop your medication without telling you that you need to come in. Service has been declining for months. You have to arrange to be ill weeks in advance. Crazy system, they really don't care.

Only reason they get 2 stars is because the reception staff are incredible.

Doctors get a single star as they refuse to help and are incredibly argumentative.

1. Had an illness that took me off work, wasn't able to get an appointment due to current climate, once I finally got through the doctor refused to give me a sick note because I couldn't get an appointment while I was ill...

2. Mental health issue caused through work resulted in me being off. Even though I told the Dr I was getting counselling, and there was a case with HR, the doctor continually said you must have a plan to return to work... what does he thing the case with HR and counselling are for!?

Awwful doctors held up by an incredible reception team.

If you’re ever feeling suicidal, anxious or in desperate need of your antidepressants which you’ve been without for more than 2 weeks (it’s harmful to miss a day), then do not register at this doctors.

It seems this doctors would rather sign your death certificate after killing yourself than give you support and medication to prevent this.

Highly negligent practice who offer no support to those that are mentally suffering.

Very very. Rude and poor service. Been trying to get in doctors for a chest infection. Nearly 7 days now. All they say is go to A&E. What a joke this place is.

After suffering with anxiety I was booked in on 2 separate occasions to see different gps. Eventually I ended up seeing Dr ferguson who wasn't very compassionate or understanding and went on to tell me 'to stop dr shopping'. I was even more anxious when I left her room. Let's hope she never suffers with anxiety. I have since left the practice.

Really poor experience from start to finish. Called up to review amount of medication prescribed and was told no without even asking what medication it was.

When I queried this, I was told that they would have been able to see which medication it was on screen.

Which would have been believable, had they even asked me my name...

Finally got them to put it to the doctor but don't appreciate being lied to.

My mother needs an urgent review of her medication, at the instruction of a consultant and paramedic but this clearly means very little to the reception team who point blank refused to even make a phone appointment, telling her she needs to call back at 8am. What part of urgent allows for this?

Changing GPs. Good riddance.
