Shocking experience for my daughter. Two minute procedure carried out at a cost of over £1,000! She was not made aware of this cost beforehand and has since been hounded by a creditor despite emailing the Taunton hospital on more than one occasion to raise concerns. To date she has yet to receive any response and Nuffield has since placed this matter into the hands of a creditor!! We are now in the process of contacting the GMC to raise our concerns and prepared to fight our case through the courts if necessary as a matter of principle.

Horrible experience. Called several times on one day, got put through to non existent departments, no answer or got cut off, said to the nice lady on reception that I would try the following day. I called again the following morning, same thing, put through to numbers that either were not answered or simply cut off, the nice lady on reception took my details for a call back the following day between 10.am and midday. The time came and went without a callback. Horrible service that I could not recommend because they simple did not want my business, and it wasn't for the lack of trying on my part. Given many multiple chances over a 3 day period. They just never responded. Business taken elsewhere. I'd expect this kind of service from the NHS but certainly not from private! Shocking.
