From the minute I walked through the door at Nuffield Hospital in Derby, I was looked after brilliantly. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. The nursing staff were friendly, courteous and professional at all times, and explained everything and answered any questions I had. My room was clean and fresh, and the linen was changed twice even though I was only in overnight. The food was tasty and well presented.

I couldn't be more pleased with the care I received during my outpatient appointment at Nuffield Derby.
From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, and professional. The check-in process was smooth and efficient.
The medical team, were all incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions with patience.
The facilities were clean, modern, and comfortable, which added to the overall positive experience.

My wife has been receiving care in the Bamford Suite since her cancer diagnosis. The staff are without exception, utterly wonderful. Informative, caring & compassionate. Nuffield in Derby is an amazing hospital I was treated with the utmost care from the first day I went in and for the weeks of aftercare post opp .All the staff are very friendly and caring and nothing is too much trouble for them. I recently had cataracts removed from both eyes at Nuffield Health Derby and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone considering a similar treatment. Mr Anandan and his team put me at ease and explained my options so that I was confident in my choices of lenses.
They were very professional and it was obvious that the team were happy in their work.
I am so happy with the outcome and can now see the beautiful world in full colour and am able to drive again.

I met so many caring, friendly and professional practices during my recent stay.

In patient stay at Nuffield Derby. I attended today for a small procedure. Everyone of the personnel were superb. Amazing care. Special mention to Emily and Farron who kept me comfortable and happy. Well to the ward sister Jo, a wonderful team you look after. Great care and attention to my needs, the theatre personnel equally pleasant and showed genuine interest to my welfare. Finally, but not least my incredible consultant surgeon MR Nick Hurst. You have a fantastic talent which has beyond doubt saved my life over these last 2 years.

Have now had 2 hip replacements, 1 total knee replacement and today repair of shoulder tendon at this hospital.
The whole experience from starts to finish has been excellent. All the staff have been friendly, helpful and reassuring at all times.
Treated with dignity at all times.
