I recently visited one of my closest friends following her knee replacement. From the surgeon to the nurses and all the staff, everyone was so friendly and helped us feel more comfortable, which was especially important for my friend during her recovery. The food was fantastic, the environment was pleasant, and every nurse who attended to her was incredibly nice. I simply can't recommend them highly enough. Well done to all the staff.

I would like to thank all the staff who took care of me during my 2 day stay at the hospital.

Darren and Tom were particularly carful and gentle when they took me in the wheelchair during my discharge, Darren made sure I got into the car with the minimum pain and discomfort possible.

The only thing I could possibly say that would have made my stay better is that it was too short after such a procedure. I would have liked atleast 4 days to readjust and feel confident in my new knee in order to return home.

The removal of the staples following my procedure was very painful. I wish a different method of closing my wound was taken such as the dissolvable stitches

I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have received the best care ever in this hospital. I had my gallbladder removed and can't express with words how pleased I am I have chosen this hospital. Thank you so much to Mr Hindmarsh and his team for being there for me and all the nurses, especially Nikky, who looked after me the night after my surgery. Outstanding hospital with Outstanding care. 😍😍😍

Their radiology department is inept. A consultant requested my wife have an MRI, but we had to fill out a paper form and take it to the radiology department (weird that the hospital doesn't communicate within itself). Radiology said they would call within a week to book it, but that still hasn't happened 2 weeks on. They don't answer their phone or emails, so we have no idea what's happening. The NHS is cheaper and more efficient (you might have to wait, but at least they tell you how long), so I wouldn't bother going through Nuffield.

I cannot recommend the nurses and HCAs at Nuffield enough. In particular Nicky, Wendy, Florian and Shauna were outstanding, but truly every member of staff who looked after me was brilliant. They were caring, attentive, and incredibly patient. The service I received was the best, and I felt so well cared for throughout my stay. Thank you all for making such a difference to my recovery.

Having had my operation this week at the Nuffield, Cambridge, I can 100 percent recommend this private hospital. Every care and attention to detail was covered and I felt that I was in very safe hands. Extremely clean, air conditioned room. Super friendly staff, all round! Especially want to thank my surgeon, Mr Sujendran, a gentle and very kind man who put me at ease from the start. My lovely, friendly, nurse, Wendy, who took great care of me. And to the guys who looked after me both before surgery and also in the recovery room. The food that I managed to eat after my surgery was good too 😊

Thank you for your excellent service. I'd like to point out that room 11 has a street light right outside the window and it makes it very difficult to sleep. Blackout curtains needed or a cowl on the light. Otherwise couldn't fault my treatment.

This was my first visit to Nuffield Hospital. I have to say it was a great experience, staff especially Sam Jolliffe, was absolutely brilliant, caring, professional, friendly & informed. She made my day much less stressful & daunting. Thank you so much Sam.
My only irk was the visitors coffee machine, touch pad didn’t work well, very temperamental!! Apart from that wonderful.
