I originally visited Nic with a knee issue, he had been recommended by a friend. I found him to be warm and approachable in giving practical advice and excercises for me to do at home/in the gym. I emailed him with the results of my MRI scan, he was happy to talk to me about the results and helped me to have realistic expectations on what my rehab will look like. He's been a shoulder to cry on (literally)
He will help to find the root cause of the injury, rather than just teating the pain.

I hobbled in with sore knee and hip and worked with both Sarah and Tim who were awesome. It was really good to have both their approaches which complemented my treatment plan. After some intense (ouch but good ouch) sessions I was able to visit the Olympics and actually walk around the venues. Something I did not think possible. Sports massage is totally new to me. Having had a lot physio for me personally the way forward. If in doubt pls visit. Your health is too important to ignore. Thankyou guys

Nick was extremely helpful at helping me work towards improving my injury ahead of running the London marathon. He gave more of a holistic view of the full body and root cause vs just looking at the isolated area which seemed to massively help with recovery in advance of the marathon meaning I was able to participate and complete the race with limited pain - something I didn’t think would be possible!
