Breaking GMP on a daily basis. Poor management and health and safety. One staff member/engineer was leaving used tissues in key process areas after sneezing and blowing his nose. As a result 2 other staff members working in the same area fell sick. No deviations were raised. Products were likely to be contaminated as machine guards were open, exposing the product. Supervisors were informed but no action taken. Health and safety issues throughout the process areas. Most importantly, Fire exit door not functioning in primary packaging area as this has been sealed shut permanently and cannot be opened. Concern was raised by staff in November 2023 whilst trying to evacuate during a fire alarm. This still has not been addressed as it has been raised with the HSE of the company. Cost overules safety in this company unfortunately. Materials used for primary packaging are often past the best before date and of poor quality. It is useful to note that the CEO"s father's company was fined 40 million pounds for price tampering/fixing and putting another competitor out of business.

High quality drugs and a very, very helpful team. An accessible pharmaceutical company that truly care for patient welfare - they help me locate supplies when they’re not available at my ordinary pharmacy.
