Had a few sessions for my injury. Didn’t improve, if anything got worse. Treated like a number more than a person that needs a specific treatment plan tailored to one’s needs. Disappointing.

Was sent here by Doctors. Had 6 sessions of physio for neck and shoulder issues.
Everything was explained on what was causing pain and what was being done to help reduce pain . Would definitely recommend this practice.

The treatment i got wasn't what i expected....given that for my knee issue i was made to buy insoles which even made my legs and knees worse...i had to stop wearing then only then did i get back to normal...it was a horrible experience...would never recommend. I feel treatment is given in a sentimental manner given that after i was asked to pay £40 for the insoles and the insoles made my legs bad and i complained and the owner/senior physiotherapist didn't even apologize and he took my mo dey even though i was referred bythe NHS
