I have been a resident utilising their services for 7 years and they are the best practice that I have been registered with to date. Once you know the process, their service works well. The medicines repeat prescription system is good and having a local dispensary is very helpful.

Myself and husband just been for annual flu jab. Wow how efficient it all was. Less than 5 minutes and that included navigating the car park!. Well done to all involved.

The GPs and nurses are amazing. Especially the new GP Gillespie. However the receptionists are unhelpful, borderline rude. I sometimes am too scared to call because they are so difficult to deal with. A miserable lot. They let a wonderful surgery down.

I saw Dr Shar today who was the locumdoctor for Dr Parnell while she was on summer holiday. Although I missed my usual doctor, I was so impressed by him. He had a system of working which was great. He had his computer set up high so he could stand up while working. This gave him freedom to move around a bit when explaining the problems I have with my neck. This also gave me a sense of more freedom, energy and connectivity in the room, which is needed in these short allotted times of GP appointments. Thank you.

Northiam surgery has been my GP practice since I was 6 months old. I had Dr Cartoll until I was in my twenties and have had Dr Parnell since. I've never had to wait more than a day for an appointment but more often than not am seen the same day. Prompted to write this having just had a phone consult with Dr Parnell from my holidays in Peru - absolutely fantastic service.
