I have been suffering with earwax long-term so I was devastated to learn that removal is no longer part of the NHS. This is where I am thrilled to have found Zanib. She is an absolute godsend. I have always dreaded getting my wax removed however Zanib made this procedure so comfortable with her gentleness and exceptional service. Glad I’ve found my Audiologist for life.
