Called and was on hold there was an option of pressing 8 for a call back. I was called back and an automated voice said this is your call back from your medical practise then the voice said this number is not available and the call was disconnected. Is this how the NHS treats people now. Absolutely shocking.

After almost 3 weeks of trying to get a insurance form filled in and promised for the time it would be done today in front of the practice nurse I now have been told the practice manager has taken it on herself to give it to a different practice After me telling not to as a terminly ill cancer patient I find this as a invasion of my privacy. I got very agitated and was very upset I was then told to leave the surgery. I had to sit in the car park for sometime to settle myself the receptionist came out went to her car seen me sitting shaking but totally ignored me. Nurse and doctor I've seen brilliant. Receptionist one in particular and manager full of there own importance. Definitely needs someone in authority to look into this place before someone really needs help

This GP surgery is not even worth 1 star. I have a very long list of issues with this GP surgery, which surprisingly has gotten worse since the takeover. Rude receptionists (some not all). Extremely difficult to get an appointment. I feel like I somehow have to know in advance that i'll be feeling unwell to book an appointment in the future. There are many locum doctors who can't be bothered lifting their head up from the computer screen to look at you and simply asking questions to tick boxes on the screen and ignoring everything else.

20 minutes of call since 8:00 am. The receptionist says she doesn't understand with a passive aggressive tone. When you request an in-person visit, you get a phone consultation. The online reservation system doesn't work either.

Not a bit surprised that the CQC had issues with the way this surgery is run. These people couldn't find their own backsides with both hands! A family member needed a copy of her Vaccination Records in order to work abroad. She included a letter of what was needed, and asked them to contact her when it was ready for her to collect it.
Having not heard from them for almost an entire month, she called, only to be told that they sent it off to a different clinic, in another town, where she had never been, for them to fill it out! Then it is to be sent off to LONDON, to her employer's head office. She needs a copy of this report for her own records, and to show with her Visa, and now has to wait for the office in London to send her a copy.
Apparently, the staff at this surgery are incapable of following straightforward written instructions.
And if you ever need an appointment, good luck! You have a better chance of winning the lottery. Utterly useless.
Oh, and I had to give it at least 1 star, to leave this review. They don't deserve that 1 single star!

Seen a lovely agency nurse today for a diabetic check. Went through my tests, gave me great advice and made me feel really good about what I was doing for myself. She was a breath of fresh air.

Service has changed hands. I was contacted and asked to not leave the service due to my recent complaints about North Park. I gave it a fair go and already on the first time round Im having Issues with the service. Doctors are just as clueless as the staff. Its embarrassing.

Neglegence doesn't even come into it. Stupid. Just brainless incohearant staff. Receptions are simple headed and send you round in circles. No results at the end. Common sense is obviously not that common here.

My personal situation has gradually worsened since using this service and its North Park are not even CQC registered. Which speaks volumes for how they acknowledge their incompitences and igorance to duty of care.

This surgery gets 10 out of 10 from me they helped us register my mum who is palliative and needs a Gp to be discharged from Aintree as she lived outside of sefton. The manager and staff were very understanding and sympathetic to our needs and registered my mum straightaway with no problems I can't thank them enough
