Really enjoyed Ballet Barre this week as Charlotte is an excellent tutor. She is warm and friendly and makes sure everyone is enjoying the session. The movements were just right as we were challenged without it being too difficult for beginners. The music was perfect and was beautifully timed to complement the exercises. Whether you’re a novice or have some experience of ballet come along and join in with a lovely class!

He worked with me to alleviate my back pain and then a course of exercises to strengthen my lower back. I couldn't recommend North Norfolk Physio more. Thank you for all you have done.

Just completed a beginner's PIlates course with Charlotte. The studio is bright and clean, full of mirrors and new equipment. Charlotte is encouraging and gives really clear guidance on how to get into the movements. She supervises us so we learn properly. I never felt nervous or self conscious. I plan to continue with Pilates at NNP. The reception and booking staff are also very patient and helpful. Would really reocmmend this place.

I have been going to North Norfolk Physio for many years and they have been absolutely brilliant in sorting out sporting injuries, back problems and generally helping me get back to full fitness when it has been needed. A special mention goes to Zoe who has been instructing me on the Pilates Reformer - she really is an amazing instructor - and Katie who does a fantastic deep tissue massage, freeing up those tight muscles! I would not hesitate in recommending North Norfolk Physio.
