was calling for my partner who was in crisis and wanting to kill themselves. was told I had no reason to be upset and they didn't understand why I was upset because they are still alive regardless of near daily threats. was told "you call me at 00:00 at night, what do you expect me to do?!". was referred onto the GP which I have told them does not want to help nor refer to any mental help services. absolutely useless, made my crisis worse. guy was definitely untrained and shouldn't be working a line like that regardless of training with his temperament and level of compassion. hope this place shuts down before someone kills themselves because of them.

People really don't care when they answer the phone or they try to do his fob you off and send you to your GP on a Sunday!!! Ready to kill myself and they tell me to call my GP because they would be better at getting me the help I need

The guy I spoke too was horrible and didn’t seem interested in helping me, even made me feel worse than I already was, waiting over weekend now for great oaks to open as they’re a lot more helpful and nice but I’m at breaking point and it would have been nice to have a weekend service or something. Especially with having insomnia.
