Simon, the Audiologist, has helped me understand what was causing my persistent episodes of dizziness which were taking over my life. Simon is professional and very knowledgeable: he was able, through performing thorough investigations, to diagnose me with Chronic Vestibular Migraines and explained to me treatment options which are available. An excellent service all round. I suddenly developed Tinnitus and wanted to talk to someone who could help and advise going forward. I quickly arranged an appointment where Simon put me at my ease on arrival, and after asking for a detailed history and how my Tinnitus sounded and it's pattern, he gave a very detailed hearing test, a pressure test, and then went on talk through my hearing loss and my Tinnitus in great detail, and a way forward to manage and reduce the effects of it. Every question and concern was answered in the utmost detail and with great patience. It certainly made me feel far more positive going forward and certainly worth every minute.
