My husband and I have been with this surgery from early last year, and can’t praise it highly enough. The medical and reception staff are always friendly and welcoming.

Can't get appointment, only way is to join the 08.00 phone call lottery.
Reception staff very friendly and helpful and to be honest I feel a bit sorry for them, because the system being operated at the moment isn't fit for purpose.
I even offered to have an appointment 2/3 weeks down the track but that was a no go along with a telephone appointment.
One and only option is 08.00 telephone lottery or nothing.

Staff are friendly whilst maintaining their professionalism. They are efficient without making you feel that you are being rushed through.

GP was caring and patient and took time to explain my results and options for treatment fully, including providing a printout of my hospital report. Prompt referral for further hospital treatment for another issue. Arrangements made to assess ongoing and future medication.

I was listened to, validated, and appropriate referrals made to address my health needs. Following the required surgery I had cause to attend the GP practice again, and again, I was listened to, validated, with appropriate medication prescribed to address my needs, with a plan in place if required. I was met with dignity and respect at all times by all members of staff. I am very pleased with the care I receive at this GP practice.

Reception staff always helpful and pleasant. Certain doctors take a very long time to see individual patients resulting in long waiting times, up to 45 mins is a regular waiting time in the surgery, which has a knock on effect for patients.
Level of care is very good overall and doctors are knowledgeable and friendly.
