One the phone for 43min and they cut me off. Can't even get a appointment for a simple test. This is supposedly the future!

Incredibly well run. From arrival to departure was 27 minutes, and that included sitting in my car for 15 minutes after the vaccination. Everyone involved in the setting up and running of this centre should be immensely proud of themselves, from the car park attendants to the nurses. This place is Britain at its best, and shows just why we are world leaders in the vaccination rollout. Keep up the good work.

I've just had my second vaccine.

I am absolutely terrified of needles but on both appointments the nurses and volunteers have been so kind and understanding. They let my partner sit with me to hold my hand and talked me through it to ease my phobia. Thank you all so much. You are all amazing 🥰

Amazing staff and volunteers, everyone from the steward in the car park to the nurse were so kind and friendly with my Autistic daughter! They went above and beyond to make sure she felt comfortable and calm! Thank you, you amazing people! 😊

What amazing people. My husband is living with Alzheimer's and this morning he just would not get out of the car. Not an issue for the Dr or nurse. Jabbed him while he was in the car with such efficiently he didn't flinch. Wonderful experience all round including my jab too. I can't praise them highly enough. Well done everyone involved.

Highly recommend the CAT hub. I was referred here by the doctor's after my son was running a high temp and showing signs of a sore throat. Everyone were super friendly, I received lots of helpful advice and I wasn't rushed in and out.
