Doesn't even deserve 1 star!
Should be investigated for the way they treat their patients. Fortunately, I'm no longer with them and would urge others to seek a different GP. The receptionists must be under pressure as there is no reason for their rudeness and attitude.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst GP I have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. It is absolutely impossible to speak to anyone or get any sort of appointment, they have an online booking system which opens at 8am and closes at around 8:01 so no chance of an actual appointment.

Seriously their systems are horrendous. The blood test nurses and any staff that I have managed to talk to have been lovely when I have had to see them/managed to get a phone call and that is the only positive thing I could possible say about this practice.

This practice is worse than useless. It is always quicker to walk the 10 min walk to speak to someone rather than wait on hold. I've been on hold for 40 mins before giving up in the past. They didn't call me upon receipt of MRI results and x-rays, and have failed to add MRI results to my history, they won't transfer notes to another practice although I've been told they have them. I am currently on minute 20 of hold to them for the third time in as many working days to resolve a simple problem. They are a black hole of time and medical assistance, just go somewhere else.

You can't call them to book an appointment anymore as they have moved to their online triage system which is closed quickly every morning because they "reach capacity for the day." I wouldn't mind if I could still put in a request; even if I had to wait some weeks to be seen (it's better than not being seen at all); people have jobs and they can't always log in at 8:00am on the dot to get a request in. This has been very distressing for me for a while now and I'll probably change surgeries imminently. Awful.

I've attended this surgery since I was a kid (40 years+).
It used to be called Brooklea and had established and caring doctors.
Then, it became Nightingale Valley Practice and got worse and worse and worse.
You can't speak to a receptionist.
You need to use their online booking system, which asks you loads of questions with the outcome being, "Go to a pharmacist and if they can't sort it, they will book an appointment with us for you".
Tried today and the system was broken. Tried to get an appointment on the phone and the automated system kept asking me for my access code (which I don't have as I've never used this option before and never been given one) and then it hung up.
On the last time I did get an appointment (which was some time ago) the only way I could get one was via 111 and when I visited, it was as though the doctor had already decided what the problem was before I even opened my mouth. Went through a limited practice of checking and said, "It'll probably pass".
My family went here for decades and had good relationships with the doctors. I know pressures on the NHS are a reason, but seems this practice has hit rock bottom and is continuing to dig deeper ...

Terrible service since surgery went digital it forces you to use online services the trouble being staff turn system off every single day after it's been on for only 1 hour

Poor service, mainly poor advice, terrible Reception service and very poorly managed, had several meeting with management and every time they have agreed they have provided sub standard service from all departments.

If I could give zero stars I would ,it’s a terrible surgery,with the exception of one girl on the phone the rest of them are rude, all the good doctors leave,I’ve never seen the same doctor twice here and that’s if you can even get an appointment ,I can’t even get my test results over the phone. Hopefully I can move to a different surgery soon awful place
