Rang main number yesterday to enquire about Hep B vaccines. Was offered an appointment in 2 weeks time (what if I was in a high risk category?) but also as your website states to please ring for advice, I did just that and asked a question only to be told ‘No we can’t advise’.
What I find most appalling is I asked where to go for advice now and I was met with ‘I don’t know.’ I am very concerned for people ringing up with urgent worries, advocating for their own health to be met with this unhelpful and useless response. Especially women and especially when talking about sexual health. It’s an urgent question and I got nowhere. Please train your receptionist staff appropriately so they can at least sign post vulnerable people. This is not the first time I have had concerns with receptionists in healthcare not putting patient welfare first. If you need advice (frankly is the bare minimum they should provide) you can go to the health shop in Nottingham which is a walk in service and is easier than trying to get a GP appointment.

Always had great service here the staff are amazing especially as I have a phobia with needles... they were compassionate and understanding... managed to take blood from me by the back of the hand and all was well... I have been there 6 times now and every time the staff have been wonderful. Though the phone line you use to make an appointment does take a long time to get through, and now that I know this I just asked the staff when was a quiet time to phone and book and was told when to call all good...

I wish o could give 0 star to this place. After 45 minutes waiting for my appointment. The receptionist had to call the nurse and she just showed her lazy face and said that she " forgot " to call me. No one in the waiting area just me.
The nurse treated me like rubbish. After I explained about the symptoms and showed her evidence, she just ignore my concerned and said that they could do nothing about it asked me to contact the gp and the gp was the one that sent me here . She was not happy to be working I could see in her attitude ,rubbish clinic. Nottingham NHS is a sinking boat . NHS in Nottingham is horrible

I'm SO DONE with this clinic that I've blocked the number and will not be bothering with them EVER again.

Number 1: I had an appointment at the start of January and on the day I went to the clinic (after being on hold on the phone for 45 minutes) I found that nobody was there and the clinic was closed that day. Furious is an understatement

Number 2: They didn't text my results over like usual, it's been 2 month's now. Ridiculous

Number 3: They called me multiple times (but I didn't have my secondary phone on me) texted and sent Voicemails. I rang back asked to speak and they rang back once then left a half hearted voicemail about "if you want to talk, ring back at 8:30 tomorrow".
UHHM excuse me Hun but you lot are the ones who wanted to talk to me so urgently, is it so hard to ring twice You can't even ring the same number back it doesn't let you.

When I say I'm DONE, I'm not doing this, these lazy nurses and pathetic NHS manager's are so incompetent that it makes my blood pressure rise.
Don't EVER contact me again.
You all should be ashamed of yourselves!

I phoned today to change a face to face appointment to an over the phone one. After a very short wait (that rarely happens as they are always busy), a lady answered the phone, she was very lovely and informed that after she gets to consult it she will phone me back, within 10 minutes she called back to tell me she updated the system and I will receive a phone call from the doctor and was no need to pop up by clinic any more.
