Today was my first visit to Nightingale Hospital. I must say, I was very pleased. The gentleman at the reception was welcoming and friendly. The markings on the floor are useful and make finding correct department super easy. Hospital is spotless. Nurses at ophthalmology were so nice! It was a quick and efficient visit. Thank you!

I have just been to have a partial knee replacement and I can honestly say that I enjoyed the experience!! Lovely hospital with really friendly, helpful, committed staff who went out of their way to explain everything and see that you were comfortable. Very interesting and I can't wait to get the other knee done! If only ALL hospitals could be like this but it needs the financing and that means more moneyfor everything!

Amazing service, easy to get to with free bus link from the local science park.

Volunteer at the gate to make sure you get to the right area. Really good reception staff.
I was an hour early for my appointment and I was seen as soon as I sat down.

There is a lovely refreshment van offering a great selection.

First visit for an X-ray and the nurse was very caring and understanding as I was very nervous. I thanked him for being so kind in calming me down.

Had an appointment on 6/11/24 at the Nightingale Eye Hospital and I can honestly say that from the start to finish it was first class experience.
Appointment time was 08:00, I got seen at 08:00. The staff were fantastic and polite. No hanging around or being pushed to different waiting rooms, straight in and out .
Parking is hit and miss and roadside parking, not the hospitals fault at all.
Excellent experience and if you want to 5***** treatments.
