Joined this surgery last year and not needed to see a GP as yet thank God, however, l have had the opportunity to see the Nurse Mr Umair Sajid at least 3 times and l think he is brilliant for a young Nurse. He is patient, professional, kind and there to listen. I have never felt rushed when seeing him and he has made me feel comfortable when taking my bloods and blood pressure even when high. Keep up the good work. The receptionists have always been welcoming and polite too. Very happy to give a good comment where necessary. 👍

I had an incredible experience at Newton Surgery and can’t recommend them highly enough! From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were so warm and welcoming, making me feel at ease right away. Hi, I am registered in the Newton Surgery when I have moved to this country in Jan 2022. I often go the surgery for vaccination of my daughter. All staff members here are very nice and polite. They listen to patients and resolve their concerns on time. Special Thanks to Dr Gulrej Khan, who is very dedicated, intelligent and hardworking person. He always ready to listen to their patient's health problems and treat them very carefully. I highly recommend everyone nearby to register to this surgery.

Received an amazing service from reception staff today.
Yes we did have issues in the past with the reception staff not dealing with issues promptly, being very abrupt and rude, not taking ownership of the work and the customer service was just horrendous. They'd snap at you as if you were not their patient but some kind of alien who'se done a mistake to approach them. I always hated to have to contact the surgery either for myself or my children. But in the recent few months I've noticed new faces on reception and the attitude has completely changed. The staff is amazing and approachable. My emails are also dealt instantly. Most importantly theres smiles on their faces which just changes the whole environment into positivity. They look as if they're enjoying their job and want to be there to provide a service to patients and a business.
A special mention for both Dr Khan and Drs Samina who are excellent. Always, approachable and have time for every patient. Never had any issues.
The young male nurse treated me today and I'd like to say he was fantastic. All the staff is doing amazing team work and I hope it stays this way. Thank you for your service.
