This doctors surgery used to be amazing, friendly people answering the phones and lovely doctors. since certain people have left and the new office staff have started the surgery has gone downhill. They are rude, abrupt and very obnoxious. we phone to be dealt with compassion and understanding instead we are spoken to like mear peasants. The surgery needs a good shake up and retraining for those that have started within the last year. Honestly cant see the place changing for the good anytime soon!

I deal with GPs from different practices throughout Newcastle and have not came across another surgery that is any where as good as Newburn. It has absolutely amazing staff, Dr Gupta and Dr Turner are excellent and know what they are talking about unlike others at different surgeries that Google your ailments.

I haven't been with them very long however I have absolutely no complaints. Both the reception staff and GPs are all lovely. They have helped me with my prescription and offered advice when it was needed. Times are hard for everyone and I know they will continue to do their best no matter what.

Changing 2 weeks ago after being for 16 years in a different GP,when all requests were always a problem. Newburn is totally different,very helpful and resolved the issue very quickly. Brilliant staff.

Can not fault newburn surgery at all.Reception try their best to get you appointment! and children always have priority!! Very friendly and helpful! Wouldn’t go anywhere else been with them over 20 years. ? ?‍⚕️

Not happy one bit with this surgery,they tell you to fone in the morning for cancellation which I did to be told got one fir Tuesday how does this work!!! I wanted for to day thats why I foned!! When sumone isn't right and needs help they should get it !!! No wonder it's getting a bad name !@
