After travelling the length and breadth of the country, 7 hospitals in 6 months, a bed for my husband was found at Newbridge. He was seriously unwell and really not in a good place, but the staff here were kind, compassionate and very supportive not only to him but me as well.
He spent a couple of months here, and after a lot of people me included didn’t think he would get well again, they turned him around and now he’s back home.
I truly can’t thank all of the staff here, they are wonderful people.

Be careful if you end up here as you may be subjected to abuse and mis use of the mental health act of 1983, with so called professionals who will tell you how to live your life and have you on medication you don't need, alongside making clever comments and other abuses that will be covered up by the NHS as not happening and there protectors Humberside police.

Very helpful staff however the temperature was unbearably hot within the building as if the heating has been on full stop would benefit from air conditioning
