Big thank you to Ellie Matthews for introducing me to NPH Dental Center! As someone on with a huge phobia about the dentist (and a very low pain threshold to boot!!!) I was so pleased with the treatment I got from Elizabeth and Emma today. They were patient and understanding of my needs as well as reassuring and very professional. I was quickly seen as an emergency due to being awake all night with toothache and walked out a new man! The surgery itself is spotlessly clean and modern with friendly, helpful reception staff. Cannot recommend enough!

From the moment you step into reception, the staff always make you feel welcome and at ease. Our Dentist is always friendly, approachable and happy to answer any questions or concerns. They take time to clearly explain everything without making us feel rushed or in comfortable. My daughter is nearing the end of her brace treatment. We were given clear instructions on the best maintenance and cleaning right from the start, and we were never rushed at any appointments or when making the initial decision.

I have fairly recently transferred to this practice and so far cannot fault the service they provide. All the staff are friendly, courteous and unfailingly helpful. I had a tooth put under sedation last year and as I was very nervous the dentist took the time to explain the procedure to me as did the anaesthetist. I hope to continue with the practice and their excellent service for many years to come.
