Always excellent - reception staff in particular are always incredibly helpful and even if things are delayed or have gone awry, they remain polite and understanding. Nurses are generous with their time. The doctors are also excellent and I never feel as if I'm wasting their time.

Worst Customer Service I’ve ever received which was really disconcerting. Was waiting a week for an appointment as I completely lost my hearing (I’m only 19) phoned to confirm the time, no record of an appointment all because of no room number. Really unhelpful and frankly more irritating than completely losing your hearing if you can believe that. Just look inside my ears!!! 😂
